Hi Shane

We got the car back in plenty of time last Friday and were quickly whisked away to the airport. It was the same when we arrived. The shuttle was there for us straight away. We got good directions from the guys at Jetport to get through Melbourne to the Mornington Peninsula as this was our first visit to this part of Australia. A great service. Will thank Lizzie in Coolangatta for the referral.

As we've just returned home to Perth, I thought I'd take this opportunity to follow up on our rental, last Sunday,

First, thank you so very much for your advice with regards payment for using the toll ways. We dealt with this matter on Monday evening and made the necessary arrangements on-line with regards our liabilities in this matter.

Second, thank you for your clear directions to accessing the Monash Freeway and the route to Sorrento. We had no problems at all with leaving the city, with getting to our destination and with returning.

Finally, may I compliment you on the particular vehicle which was made available for us. It clearly was very clean and well-presented, well-maintained and enabled a comfortable, enjoyable and safe journey.
